I just wanted to take a second to tell you all that I'm so glad a friend told me about this site. There are so many lively discussions, and for the most part, civility is a strong component. After seeing so many "slash and burn" techniques used on other sites, it is refreshing!

I hope that I can add some thoughts and perspective on some issues. I look forward to many lively debates!

LOL! No doubt, it's unavoidable when there are conflicting views compounded by emotionally charged sincerity from both sides. But here, from what I've seen so far, it's the exception rather than the rule.
