Another great demonstration of the enthusiasm that exists for this man. With the speech now being sold out, organizers are actually worried about ticket scalping. Obama's speech is like the Super Bowl or World Cup Final of politics.

Colorado's tickets to see Barack Obama's acceptance speech at Invesco Field at Mile High were more than spoken for within about 24 hours, officials said, and the application process closed Thursday for all but those willing to be put on a waiting list. Obama's campaign set aside for Colorado half of the more than 60,000 seats available to the public for the final night of the Democratic National Convention. It turns out the battleground state could have filled the stadium, as the campaign ended applications after collecting more than 60,000 Thursday afternoon.

I have a feeling that they should have left about half of the tickets unsold because you know this is going to make Obama the most famous person in the whole world again.

Actually, if some Americans can tear themselves away from their bigscreen t.v.'s and their 'stuff' long enough to vote I think you guys may be on the road to repair!

Probably not.

I'm a little bit surprised it took the whole 24 hours. I mean come on... an early chance to hear a President that can actually string a complete sentence together with plans to help the regular working guy & gal...

BRILLIANT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)
