North Korea must live up to its pledge to fully dismantle its nuclear program, the main U.S. envoy to disarmament talks said Sunday, as news reports suggested Pyongyang may be willing to shut down a key reactor.

I think it's BS. Something has to be done to stop North Korea. We're just putting it off. It'll be advantageous to North Korea if we keep putting it off.

North Korea isn't going to do ****, it's all a show. I know it's a risk but I don't believe we should invade or something extreme like that because that would risk even more.
