I'm sorry to those who tried to make a new thread under the World News or Introductions forums. It appears the admin had restricted access only to staff ON ACCIDENT! Again, sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused--I would have fixed this much sooner but I do not have the power to modify the user access settings.
