The Supreme Court has ruled the advice given to the Queen was "unlawful, void and of no effect."
Lady Hale says: "Parliament has not been prorogued."

"The decision to advise Her Majesty to prorogue Parliament was unlawful because it had the effect of frustrating or preventing the ability of Parliament to carry out its constitutional functions without reasonable justification"

So the advice was inlawful because it left out parliament ? Well duh. I think even the queen got that point.

Now if the court had said Liz just didnt have the authority that wiuld be a problem.

Sour grapes.
