Theres only one place where cops take Jaywalking seriously. Thats in Baltimore city and in Baltimore county. So walk properly there. Just like cops in NYC take boxing the intersection seriously. But they dont enforce like that in Baltimore city. Thats why i like Baltimore so much! The Mayor in Baltimore isnt a commie like Mayor bloomberg is. NYC looks just like Moscow Baltimore looks just like London
