I have to say I'm not against the full body scanners... and I'm a HUGE Civil Liberties guy.

If you look at what the images these scanners actually show there's nothing sexual about them. The replace the face with what looks kinda like a puppet almost stick figure drawing face and the body is more like an outline. It's certainly not Playboy in any way. It's more like what a xray looks like.

As far as the infringing part goes any search is infringing... this ones just better and quicker. I doubt many people really want to fly in these times of nutbag religious extremists and not have their co-passengers searched.

I don't know exactly how to post a poll but this might make an interesting poll if someone would put it up... For or Against full body scans?

My bet is that this is one of those polls that would show that both Right & Left for the most part agree on something in this instance.
