ICE director defends transport of illegal immigrant children as 'appropriate and legal'

The head of Immigration and Customs Enforcement defended the role of federal agents in transporting illegal immigrant children after a federal judge complained they were hand-delivering smuggled kids to parents in the United States.

The stats show 24,668 "unaccompanied alien children" were placed last year in the care of the Office of Refugee Resettlement. That's nearly double the number from 2012, and nearly quadruple the number in years past. Most were from Central America.
 
Bottom line, and the only thing that matters...We need to remember that the law rules over us, not the whims of men. Laws are our security. We are a Republic, not a Democracy. And this country's rule of law is our haven against the Socialism that many countries are falling into. We have a right and a responsibility to expect immigrants to come through the front door instead of sneaking in under the radar. Immigrants need to make sure they learn to love and respect the fact that this country is great because it is ruled by law and not by men, and that the constitution is all we have to keep up from slavery and anarchy. It's equal justice, not empathetic justice for some and not for others.

We need to advocate for our borders to be secure and that the rules on immigration stay the same for everyone regardless of accusations of racism- immigrate legally by going through the process properly, or understand that you're undermining our ability to remain a country at all, and undermining our ability to vote with our feet and find safe havens from tyranny in this world.

Just because the Mexican border has been leaking faucet lately doesn't mean that being against illegal immigration makes you a racist. It has nothing to do with skin color, language, or racism. Justice is blind. Immigration laws should be blind too, and they are except that we allow millions of one race to not have to obey them while enforcing it for all others.

Well that is a socialist policy and it has done more good for more people than all capitalist policies combined

Your supposedly 'free' school is paid for by me, every year, as a direct result of the money earned in your demonized capitalist system.

Frankly, I don't think you have a clear understanding of the definition of socialism, or its practical application.

Who knows? Maybe you can find a 'free' school that will teach you .... you know, one of those schools I paid for.
