Another Republican sex offender nabbed

Werbung:
I could be wrong but Frank never was accused with having a sexual relationship with a minor, his problem involved an escort service being run out of his home.

Whereas someone like Mark Foley engaged in sexually explicit communications with at least one congressional page. Conduct that was originally covered up with the full knowledge of Dennis Hastert and certainly contributed to the public souring on the Republican Congress.

You are still missing the point. When Frank was caught, the people on the left, in the public, still supported his disgusting actions with an underage page.

The people on the right... like those here, not in congress, the political base... as in the people posting on this forum, they did not support him.

You talk about politicians covering politicians, yeah ok. I agree with you. Politicians... ALL OF THEM.. suck. But why is it when liberals like you, find out your people are scum bags, you happily go back to the ballot and vote for the scum bags again? We don't do that! We don't vote for scum bags over and over, like libs do! Explain?!

GenSeneca;54167]As someone pointed out; Republicans kick these people out while Demcorats give these people promotions and standing ovations.

You mean like Republican gay sex in a airport bathroom stall Larry Craig... oh wait... he's still around giving Republican speeches about being JERKED AROUND BY HIS NOZZLE.

YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!!!

We've always heard the biggest "closet" in Washington was the Republican coat room... but only recently have we understood what that really ment!

Why don't you take this sort of crap to a gossip site? If you don't want to discuss politics, why not just stick with the National Inquirer?

It must be difficult to be associated with so many pedophiles and child-rapists like many of the republican politicians have turned out to be, but I guess you have gotten used to it.

He's not running for reelection, and he's got a court date, and possibly forced to resign. The key of course is, even if he did run again, we wouldn't vote for him.

You guys on the other hand... well Ted Kennedy killed his underage intern. You still vote for him. So... yeah we do rock, and you certainly do not.

Not really. They resign, or are forced out, or we vote them out. So, no we haven't gotten used to it.

How's Barny Frank doing? You used to him? How about dear ol Ted? Used to him?

Why wouldn't you vote for Larry Craig Andy? Are you holding his wide stance agaisnt him. Have faith in the man because I heard Hannity the other night defend him of that awful trumped up charge of trying to get the cop to play boy/boy games in a washroom with him.

Americans cops! What can I say?

Of course, backing the candidate that you have - totally lacking in substance - its no wonder you feel the only way to win is going negative on the competition. The politics of "Change" strikes again... I thought the days of slash and burn politics were over, that Obama was such a positive figure that there was no need to go negative... guess not.

I back McCain.

Right. The liberal Republicans reelected Bush, after it became obvious that he stood for big government and fiscal irresponsibility. Of course, he did keep his **** in his pants (so far as we know, anyway), so that makes him OK.

Mark Foley resigned. I wager under pressure too.
Larry Craig has submitted his resignation.

In both cases, the majority of Republicans support both of these characters being removed. That's who I'm talking about, the base, the grass roots people. Although I'm not a Repug, if you talk to the Republicans here, they support people like these being removed or stepping down.

Now, on the other hand, look at Bill Clinton, Ted Kennedy, Hillary Clinton, or Barney Frank. All of whom have done some incredible stuff, and yet their political base would have no problem with them murdering and still get re-elected. That's a short list too.

This is what I was thinking. When a republican does something horrible, the people of the party drop them like a hot potato, when a dem does something horrible the d party rallys around them with protectiion, excuses, and they just RE lower the standards of what it means to be a human.

Get over it Abomination, these are your informative years and you're creating a political illusion for yourself which is going to hold you back for the rest of your life.

Learn to listen more and evaluate opinions on both sides because what you have to offer others right at the moment is completely worthless.

Well you thought wrong, Republican House leadership knew for months, if not years, of pedophile Mark Foley's sexually explicit communications with underage pages yet covered it up. Sorry but I don't consider call that dropping him like a "hot potato."
