First, for those voting for McCain, my sympathy is with you all. I send you good thoughts and vibs as you have not helped to create the coming energy disaster. *hugs*

For those who voted for obama...while I don't wish ill or cold upon you, you are soon to learn that actions have consequences.



From obama himself, he stated, "when I was asked about the issue of coal, um, um, ya know, under my plan, the COST OF ELECTRICITY WOULD NECESSARILY SKYROCKET."

FYI, our Country is supplied with electricity via coal to the tune of 30 PERCENT!!!

Oil supplies 40% of our energy...

Actually, coal supplies a little more than half of our electrical power generation. It's about 30% of our total energy consumption.
