He's already got two justices in two years - some old libs waited till someone like him got in so they could retire. The main problem is republican presidents made some extremely bad choices going back to eisenhower.

Look what Liberals have done! Police have to read your rights to you when you get arrested. Police have to get serach warrents to search your homes. Women can kill their babies You could pray in public school. Look how crime was low back in the 1950s. It also didn't say that walmart was ILLEGAL in what they did. In order to get at walmart, the leftwing's permanent enemy, the plaintiffs wanted to drag tens of thousands of women, many of whom undoubtedly didn't have a gripe, into a lawsuit so they could strip walmart of billions of dollars. Now they will have to show actual harm, instead of expecting the knee-jerk agreement of federal courts in previous decades that any small group of whiners are entitled to huge class certification just for the asking.

in other words...yay,,, the little worker gets to fight high priced big time groups of lawyers who will make sure that before you could ever get a trial, any worker would had had to sell there house and live in the streets to pay there lawyer...or be dead....

On its face,this case was absurd from the start. Does anyone really believe WalMart committed sexual discrimination against 1.6 million women employees?

But, there I go again thinking logically and we all know the Left never does.

Another thing we can always count on with the Left, is their automatic conclusion that private business is ALWAYS evil and guilty. And, in the case of WalMart, their are even more evil and guilty than all other private businesses...in the Left's delusional mind.
