You guys do realize the attorney who filed the Obama suit is the same Phillip Berg who filed the RICO suit on behalf of a widow against GWB, Cheney and many more saying they were responsible for 9/11. He started out with a promising career, but is now considered a sorry excuse for a lawyer. Sorry to dash your hopes, but this guy is a nutcase looking for another 15 minutes of fame.

And that makes him any different than any of the other Democrats, anywhere in America, or more specifically on this very site...HOW? Every damned one that I know has been screaming that 9-11 was an inside job, planned by President Bush, and VP Cheney so that Bush could get back at Saddam for even thinking about killing his father, and so that Cheney could make even more money from his ties to Halliburton. Or in simpler terms, it's typical Lib-Speak and BDS.

Obama was born in Hawaii to a US citizen who retained her US citizenship during his entire childhood. His birth certificate is real. He is a natural-born US citizen.

This is not the same birth certificate that obama posted on his fight the smears site.

I thought it was interesting about how fact check is run by that group that obama gave tons of money to while on the board with bill ayers.
