Birth control rule seems to divide Supreme Court

We make our own problems, if non exist we create them. Birth control is not mandatory it is your choice, if you want to use it good, if you don't want to use it good. I don't think BC should be covered by insurance or whether information should be made available at businesses etc. If the grounds against it are religious then it should not be a national issue. Since religious groups are a key factor in politics we had a problem. Separation of church and state becomes a one way street for them. Are those causing the problem afraid that they can't say no to using it?

I believe the folks involved in the case SCOTUS is hearing this week feel as you that BC should not be an insurance matter much less a mandatory rider and offered without policyholder cost. This IS a case of congress oassing a law with religious implications and so is very much within the realm if the establishment clause. Or so we shall see whenever the kuds had out a ruling.
