Cold Stretch rolls on, coolest start to March in 17 years
CLOUDS AND COLD
Skies remained cloudy Thursday afternoon preventing the ever stronger march sun from warming us up and melting the snow. temperatures did climb above freezing – 35° officially but remained well off the normal for this time of year. The temperature was 13° shy of normal (48°) and the 8th straight day of below normal temperatures.
WAITING ON SOME SUN
Clouds are trying to break but are reluctant. High pressure will slide in Friday bringing drier air and a break up of the clouds. With some early fog and clouds skies are expected to brighten and we will see out first 40° cday of the Month. 10 of the past 15 days have been cloudy.
COLD SPELL
The pattern changed in mid February - with Thursday the 18th day out of the past 20 days below normal. March 2013 is a far cry from 2012 (the warmest on record and a month that last year went on to produce seven 80° days) with an average temperature of 29.7°. This is the coldest start to a march since 1996 and ranks as the 23rd coldest on record for the first 6 days of the month.

Now the GOP needs to attack both AL Gore and Obama to win back the Senate. How many times the Democrats have lied to you or put scare tactics towards you? Like Democrats say the Republicans want to starve your children but cutting back school lunch programs, Put your grandmother on the street and make her eat dog food because of cutting social security programs and poison the water and pollute the air because cutting environmental projects. Now they're are people who will be dumb enough to believe that! ever heard the old saying "" There's no such thing as a free lunch or a free meal?'''' Why don't we start living like that? People wanted children in their lives so why should the government give you free stuff just because you're poor? Well people wanted pets too I don't see the government giving free dog food or cat food to pet owners. And nobody can change the environment except GOD!
