Communism or Sharia (Which do you prefer)

Would you rather live in a country ruled by Sharia, or communism? I prefer Sharia, as it at least has some moral foundation. Communism ruins everyone's lives, while Sharia only ruin's women's lives (and gays). Communist fiscal policy always leads to disaster, while Sharia fiscal policy is very conservative. Allu Akbar--which way to Mecca!

Aren't both Sharia and Communism examples of the extreme end of the authoritarian/libertarian continuum? It seems to me that they have a lot in common.
