McCain came right out with the correct stance.
Obama tried to establish a moral equivalency. Then he decided that was wrong so he backed off that bit, then 3-4 days later he basically adopted the same position as McCain did.

I read that when he was a community organizer he led 60 thousand people to vote democratic. that is what he did. that is how he helped the down and out and the jobless, told them to vote for a democrat.

obama wants to lower my family's taxes... but if you make more than $200,000 a year, good for you. also, obama wants to reinstiture paygo; mccain has no plan for balancing the budget.

Pay as you go don't mean squat - it just means he's going to devastate the economy even worse by raising huge taxes for his huge pie-in-the-sky spending boondoggles. Instead of focussing on his tax cuts for your crummy salary, you should be thinking what the implication IN THE FUTURE is for his sucking in millions of more illegal aliens, establishing trade barriers, and regulating and taxing companies out of business. Gosh, you won't pay any taxes if you lose your job, huh?
The two trillion number comes from Obama's own figures and campaign promises.
Under pay-go there is no possible way to balance the budget with all of his promised spending increases.

I never thought in a million years anyone would be more pro baby killing than boxer either. She once debated on the senate floor about when live begins. Because of her love for partial birth abortion she couldnt say even at birth because they are wanting to kill them too, so finally she said when you pick it up and claim it as your own. but even she was for the born alive act.
Obama is for putting the babies in soiled utility rooms to die without medical care. so on abortion, as un believable as it is, yep he is worse than boxer.
and his voting record shows he is the most liberal senator, if a person thinks being liberal is a good thing, then that is a good thing, I find it disgusting so to me its a bad thing.

According to his actual measurable voting record he is even more liberal than the only US senator who claims to be a socialist.
This is a real figure: about 50% of Americans don't pay any income tax. If you are one of the people in the bottom 50% do you think he is going to lower your taxes any lower than zero?
Meanwhile those same Americans pay a multitude of other taxes. Such as sales taxes, real estate taxes (included in rent), fees, fines, surcharges, taxes included in the price of products like food clothing and gasoline, etc
So if he lowers the income tax (that you might not even be paying) but raises all the other taxes have you really gained anything?
