Now you see why youre safer in CANADA than in America? Theyre Muggers mugging, Auto Theves stealing cars and Rapist having fun with teenage girls. You call this protection when i cop hangs on a church parking lot watching people go faster than this?

You dont see cops doing this in Canada do you? They get to the real stuff. No wonder people dont lock their doors in their homes or their cars in Toronto.
