depends on how you define that. i have emulation software that lets it be anything.

Get GTA5 You get to break laws cant get arrested or be prosecuted by it
Sounds more like you get to watch tv and fiddle with you controller. I like to watch hockey and fiddle with my dog.

Its much more..I can be Manager and Owner of my Orioles and win the pennant. I can be Coach and Owner of my Ravens and win the Superbowl. I can invade nations and be successful then Hitler was and rewrite history if Sony create a game on replay the civil war and the south wins.
