And Human sheilds I am guessing are normally not used for 15 to 20 min and then pushed out the door....as if that was the only time the building could be bombed.

YOUR link said that the person from Fox was from their staff and that she reported what was told to her from British officials. The Brits clearly said that they specifically intended to drop a bomb on a particular place and could not because the CNN reporters were on that spot. It was the Brit interpretation that the reporters were being used as shields and the Fox news staff reported what they said.
