Actually, she didn't "smack down" anyone. She stated her case, and made some good points about how we were willing to talk to the Communist dictators during the cold war. None of that, of course, did a thing to change Mike Pence's mind, nor did it bring the Republicans any closer to the Obama camp.

Saying "we won, so there" didn't really add to the response at all

So Rep. Mike Pence is a jerk because.... Why exactly?

Pence, was not only overly respectful to Hillary, one of the most scummy politicians in office to date, but he also gave extreme credit to Obama by indicating that he may have 'unintentionally' been used for propaganda purpose.

Even at the end, he accepted her response, even if he disagreed with it.

Honestly, I'm not even sure where I stand on this.

Nevertheless, there was absolutely nothing in the video that shows Pence being a jerk. In fact, you were more of a jerk in how you characterized him.
