    .....yeah I've heard about this being a real concern! Do you reckon this will start a whole landslide of law suites if the states start getting close results? There was the absurd "hanging chads" fiasco in Florida last time but there seems to be a real concern that in the event of close calls the Parties will reach for their lawyers!

    Both sides already have attorneys. Any close state will be challenged by the other side. The GOP tried to stop the dems from taking street people with no ID in taxis and having them same day regester and early vote in Ohio but the sweet liberal appointed judge said no its ok if people who can not prove they even live here and have no ID come and regester and vote in the same day.

    So Ill leave it in Gods hands because this is toooo dang screwy to sort out.

    Yeah sure, and Republicans have polished to an art form the act of disenfranchising minorities.....believe or not, people can be poor, even homeless but they still retain the right to vote.

    without any id, just a pulse they can walk in and regester and vote? thats wrong, and what stops them from going to the next voting place and doing the same thing?
