Iran meeting on Syria does play any role to stop fight in Syria?

There are mainly two internal power in Syria conflict
One is Bashar's govt. and other is opposition group.
First power is backed by Iran and Iran is backed by China
Russia.On the other hand second power the free Syrian army
is backed by Turkish and Saudi Arab and backed by Western power
mainly NATO,USA and England.Now when second power arrange a meeting
on Syria , they do not invite Iran.And now Iran also does not invite them in his meeting
on Syria conflict.So there are no presence of all group in same meeting.
I think the Iran meeting does not play no role on Syrian conflict.

There have been a lot of Iranians found in Syria killing the rebels. They are on Assad's side.

there are also many Hazbulla supporter in Syria to train up Syrian troops. Saudi Arab , Qatar and western power set up a army based in Turkish to help rebels.So both sides are motivated to fight and kill people.
