IRS faces class action lawsuit over theft of 60 million medical records

The Internal Revenue Service is now facing a class action lawsuit over allegations that it improperly accessed and stole the health records of some 10 million Americans, including medical records of all California state judges.

According to a report
by Courthousenews.com, an unnamed HIPAA-covered entity in California is suing the IRS, alleging that some 60 million medical records from 10 million patients were stolen by 15 IRS agents. The personal health information seized on March 11, 2011, included psychological counseling, gynecological counseling, sexual/drug treatment and other medical treatment data.

The scariest part of the IRS scandal is that the IRS will be responsible for Obamacare. Now, if the IRS is denying tax exemption based on political ideologies who is to same they won't do the same for Obamacare.

You need chemo? Sorry .... you're a conservative!

What you're past 50. You're conservative?

Don't call us we'll call you!

Yes .... but Ruby Ridge is a prime example of how the government has no problem with targeting and annihilating it's citizens ... it will get ugly if this begins as it already has on a mass scale!

luckily we have a friend on our side to protect us from any large scale shenanigans.

the ones who work in a large five sided building thst BO cannot use sgainst citizens.
they take that seriously.

Not the wimps in there now. Obama and his like minded appointees are dismanteling that building from the inside out.

The old saying goes when the horse bucks you off and get knocked down you get back up on that horse. That's what the Tea Party will do. Theyre gonna get back on that horse and kick dems out in midterms.

Congressman: IRS Demanded to Know Content of Pro-Life Group’s Prayers

Illinois Congressman Aaron Schock during the House Ways and Means Committee hearing on the IRS scandal on Friday made a shocking claim: the IRS once asked an Iowa-based pro-life group to reveal the content of their prayers.

Obama's not a muslim who supports jihad against the infidel. He was just targeting Christians and Jews because it's the American way! Who ever said we have Freedom of Religion in this Country. What nonsense!

Well we've known about the left's attitude regrading freedom OF Religion, for decades. You can trace this back to the formation of the ACLU. Anything traditional must be maligned and marginalized.

We are going to start hearing a lot more stories about how all the different groups have been politically targeted by the IRS.

One woman on the radio called and said that her group had to supply a list of books and give book reports on each one.
