Does your doctor have a fake, medical degree? It has been estimated by a Congressional committee that over 5,000 physicians in the US hold fake medical degrees from a “degree mill” where they just buy one. Also, more than 1/2 of the recent Ph.D. degrees in the US are fakes.

I now will look carefully at my doctor's degree in his office to at least see if it's from a school I have heard of. Am I to take your reply as meaning you reject my assertion and will gladly let a surgeon who bought his degree for $14k cut on you?

I'm glad that you now know about this. It was news back in the 70's when the "doctor shortage" reared its head. Offshore is always a concern. Especially from the Caribbean. Though there are legit med schools down there.
