Here is a summary of the BLS stats for November 2009:

Total nonfarm payroll employment was essentially unchanged in November
(-11,000). Job losses in the construction, manufacturing, and information
industries were offset by job gains in temporary help services and health
care. Since the recession began, payroll employment has decreased by 7.2
million.

Construction employment declined by 27,000 In November, construction job losses were concentrated among nonresidential specialty trade contractors
(-29,000).

Manufacturing employment fell by 41,000 in November. About 2.1 mil-
lion manufacturing jobs have been lost since December 2007; the majority of
this decline has occurred in durable goods manufacturing (-1.6 million).

The number of jobs in transportation and warehousing, financial activities,
and leisure and hospitality showed little change over the month

Uh you do know that construction always plummets in the winter for obvious reasons? And considering how many people are out of work it's no wonder they aren't buying durable goods. Sorry your posts sounds like partisan cherry picking to me. ;)

We started on a slide before Obama ever came into office so it's a little disingenuous to blame it on on Obama don't you think?

Blaming Obama ignores the fact the George W Bush's Conservative head-in-the-sand policy of "less government is better", which allowed a house of cards to be built (and then fall), during his administration, by ignoring the sub-prime, predatory lending debacle. There should have been more "government" regulation. But hey, we would not be in this depression and you would not be able to blame Obama.

At the end of 2009 new home sales are declining thanks to Obama Policies.
When new home sales falter, jobs usually dry up in the housing industry.
Now even illegal immigrants may lose jobs in the US because of Obama policies.
It's called CHANGE!

I gotthe picture when bright eyed and bushy tailed (and as Joe would say, clean) Obama addressed the Dem convention way back in 2004 to kick off his presidential run.
