This article takes a lot of time to blast a Republican governors plans to raise taxes (on rich people.) Of course she does not come right out to say that.

According to the article Republicans have several plans to tax homeless old folks either through their retirement plans or through cuts in medicare. Of course these plans do not really apply to poor people at all so the only people who are left to pay more are the rich people.
This is just another attempt to take wealth from richer people alone while not taking it from everyone - blatantly unfair even when a R does it.
But one would think that the author (A Professor of Communications) would know better than to be spinning half-truths by implying that the intent of the R is to hurt poor old people.
I find that the author (who's sources are almost entirely unions) is a bald faced hypocrite political hack.
