HOP made a comeback from the limbo of being a "reported attack site", and that's great. However, now, every time I come here, I have to log on once again. It's getting really annoying. Is there "kick me off every time I go to another page" option in the CP? If so, I haven't found it.

From your pc manufacturer? Are you sure? How can the maker of your PC change the site in your browser? Are do you mean your internet provider?

Where do I find the "allow cookies" option?

That depends on your browser. And sorry, additionally I'm using a browser (Opera, Firefox) in a different language so this isn't very easy for me to explain.

As far as I know it works this way in an English Firefox:
Tools menu, Options, Privacy Settings, Accept cookies from sites/Exceptions.

Best thing is to allow cookies on a per site basis, e.g. generally disallow them and only allow them for sites you know and trust (like this one).

Hi Walter, this is what I get a lot of the time if I back page, I'm flipped out of the site onto a search page provided by the PC manufacturer supported by Google......

My Firefox browser says "remember history" instead of mentioning cookies, and that's what it's set on. I'm on a couple of other forums, and never have to sign on. Once I'm on, I'm on.

Anyway, it's just annoying, but I can live with it. At least I'm no longer afraid of viruses and such.

Say, Scotsman, it sounds as if your browser is giving you spam. I'd try downloading Firefox (it's free).
