A National Enquirer story exposing previous affairs http://www.nationalenquirer.com/nat..._palins_secret_lover_revealed/celebrity/65481 on both sides led to a deterioration of their marriage and the stress from that led to Palin's resignation as governor of Alaska last week.

The Palins were noticeably not speaking to each other for most of last Sunday's resignation speech in Fairbanks. Some one on here said that there was much more to the sudden resignation than what we were being told...hmmm, guess the relatives that I have in Montana can flee to the north 40 to escape what 'goodness' she'll bring down upon that state.

And as for evidence, the original story was "reported" by a "blog" that has been unable to offer any evidence other than their own personal conjecture from an "unnamed source."

Burdett is a former brother-in-law of Hanson’s estranged wife Carolyn's brother, Craig Batton, and still speaks with many family members.

Oh great, now we are relying on the well known National Enquirer for our news.

Anyway, nothing in that story that you linked us to had much of anything to do with a divorce. And the "evidence" presented would go nowhere in an actual court. Therefore, your entire rant is really based on no solid evidence. So are you backtracking off your "they are divorcing" comments and not just claiming there was some affair in there? Which is it?

There is also "news" out there that President Obama had gay sex in the back of a limo. I suppose that is now fact as well?

Uhm... your original post was a story on a Palin divorce. This divorce is not actually taking place.

You then post a National Enquirer story that does not even mention they are getting a divorce, and then claim I have no idea what I am talking about.
