McCain's Their Guy

McCain's Hezbollah connection is as relevant as Ayers
Lol. WHO'S Hezbollah connection? Ayers is reformed?

#1 While Barack Obama’s campaign publicly got in trouble the other day when one of Obama’s handlers moved two women in head scarves so that they wouldn’t show in the background of pictures taken during an Obama event, privately this week, the candidate met with a man identified by columnist Debbie Schlussel as a Hezbollah agent.

On Tuesday in Michigan, according to Schlussel, Obama met with a group of “community leaders,” including Osama Siblani, publisher of the Arab American News, which has received funding from Hezbollah. In 2006, Siblani was among a small group identified by a Kuwaiti newspaper as Sheikh Hassan Nasrallah’s American Hezbollah agents. Siblani has been openly supportive of Hezbollah “freedom fighters.”

Siblani, who was invited by the Obama campaign and got to meet one-on-one with the candidate, apparently confronted Obama on his seemingly softening stance toward Israel. This concern was brought on by Obama’s June 4 speech to the American Israel Public Affairs Committee, in which Obama said an “undivided” Jerusalem must remain the capital of Israel. Less than 24 hours later, influenced by the badgering of Muslim and Palestinian groups, Obama backed off during a CNN interview: “Obviously, it’s going to be up to the parties to negotiate a range of these issues. And Jerusalem will be a part of these negotiations.” According to Schlussel, Obama didn’t directly answer Siblani’s questions, but neither did he defend Israel or its right to keep Jerusalem undivided. The current line being passed around by the Obama campaign is that Obama, who we have been led to believe is a college graduate (not to mention articulate), “misused” the word “undivided.”

It’s been known since the start of the campaign that Obama is a Palestinian sympathizer with strong support from Muslims and he has worked to moderate his speeches to hide that fact from Jewish audiences. He is the candidate of choice for Hamas and Libya’s Moammar Gadhafi, although Gadhafi chastised Obama recently for reasons similar to Siblani’s.

In May, Obama met with Hezbollah agent Imam Hassan Qazwini, who also has ties to the Iranian government and is a close friend of Sheikh Mohammed Hussein Fadlallah, the man who issued the fatwa that resulted in more than 300 U.S. Marines and embassy personnel being murdered. In a 1998 speech, Qazwini called Jews the “forces of Satan” and called for a jihad on America. In the private meeting with Obama, Qazwini and the candidate discussed the election, Arab-Israeli conflict and the Iraq war.

Also in May, Obama adviser Robert Malley had to quit the campaign after it was revealed in the media that he had been meeting with Hamas

Obama’s willingness to cooperate with some of the most vile groups on the planet has won him the endorsement of Hamas and Hezbollah, Gadhafi and Cuba’s Fidel Castro. Now, couple this with his position on national defense: He wants to pull out of Iraq, cut the defense budget, dismantle our nuclear missiles, eliminate spending on missile defense systems and drastically reduce development of new military technology.

#2 . Politifact has found that Senator Barack Obama may try to distance himself from domestic terrorist Bill Ayers now, and that his friends in the MSM may try to downplay the relationship between the two men, but that Obama actually served on a board with Ayers until late in 2001. This means that Obama served on the Woods Foundation’s board after Ayers said that he did not regret his past terrorist activities and believed he did not do enough. He also desecrated the American flag.

Still, Obama continued to serve on the board.

This, once again, makes clear that the relationship between Ayers and Obama went further than Obama has been willing to admit publicly thus far..

Sure, keep up with the Ayers theme. The American voters just love to see the distraction of not talking about the issues. By all means keep trying to push that absurd contention, it's part of what causing McCain to sink in all the national polls. Great strategy.

The Electoral College Poll that tracks the real votes that elect our presidents reveal that Obama continues to hold a commanding lead. Today's electoral votes are.... Obama-349 / McCain-174 / Ties-15. The tie votes are the 15 votes from North Carolina where both candidates have 48% of the vote.

http://www.electoral-vote.com/

The Gallup Daily Tracking Poll today shows Barack Obama maintaining a 52% to 41% lead over John McCain, unchanged from Wednesday.

It's obvious that the smear attempts have not aided McCain, nor have the debates, as he continues to trail Obama in all the major polls.

Why isn't this an issue? Ayers is a terrorist too. Wanna talk about the "Weathermen". Or does he get to be absolved because of....what?

So exactly what crime was Ayers convicted of?
Treason. in the court of public opinion. The same public opinion that provides numbers for your polls. Do you support him?

Well not so fast. You claim their is a "court of public opinion" that supports your claim. Show it to us. Provide a link to back up your claim. Show the methodology used to arrive at the end result of your claim. The national presidential polls all do that.

Darlin, I"M the court of public opinion, and anyone else who wants to agree with me. My vote is the court of public opinion. My education, my experience, and my loyalty to my countrymen, if not to my government policies, is the methodology used. Kinda like your interpretation of what anyone who is a Republican thinks. Links don't mean sh**. Being able to see the ills of both sides, does.

That's what I figured. Typical. You make a claim and can only support it by stating it's your opinion.

"Remember when Farrakhan endorsed Obama??"

Remember when Hezbollah was working in McCain's campaign??

The cornerstone of John McCain's campaign, and the one hope he has to lure voters during the election is his self-claimed strong position on terrorism. He frequently attempts to bind that with, what he hopes voters will consider, is his good judgment. Both took a serious beating a couple of months ago.

John McCain was forced to remove a man from his finance committee that was labeled as a supporter of Hezbollah, and "a key agent of the terrorist group in the Detroit area". Those allegations did not come from the Democrats. They came from Debbie Schlussel, a Republican and conservative writer. It's hardly an asset to have a terrorist helping you raise funds. It certainly doesn't give the appearance of good judgment to employ a member of Hezbollah, an organization the US State Department labels as a "terrorist organization", as a key fund raiser.

So you want to be president of the United States and you want people to think you're strong on fighting terrorism and exercise good judgment, then it's discovered you've actually hired a terrorist to go out help raise money for you. That ought to drag in the votes. It would also be interesting to know where this alleged terrorist went to get the money he brought into John McCain's campaign. Did any of McCain's new campaign funds actually come from other terrorists? It’s unknown if John McCain used that money or disposed of it.

You're saying a bunch of lies made up by the Obama campaing.

I already proved to you on another thread that Obama was indeed endorsed by hamas.

Brilliant. All those smears and your candidate is still sliding in the polls. Real bright. You guys are really desperate, quite amusing, but desperate.

That's what I figured. Typical. You make a claim and can only support it by stating it's your opinion.

You mean like your claim about the wars costing us 3 trillion, then backing that claim with the opinions of others?

No, I meant that the massive of dumb, wrong, and wrong claims and predicitions made by John McCain are documented facts. That speaks to his bad judgment. But keep up trying to distract from the theme of the post. It's quite amusing.

What do you think this kind of board is? We want to discuss our differing opinions. Are we supposed to be impressed by links you post that we have probably read too? Do you think you are educating someone? Are you sure we need to be?

You are gonna be fodder here if you just do the typical lib bashing of Republicans, and not take culpability for what the liberal agenda in Congress has caused as well. Put some of your own thought into it, not just rely on someone else's words.

Also, unlink most of the libs on this board, I hope you will answer direct questions, because most of the non libs will.

Again I ask you: Do you support Ayers?

Ya know hon. I think you're young.

What office is Ayers running for that requires my "support". So how much of that "culpability" do you take responsibility for in supporting the disasterous policies of George W. Bush? You've heard of him, the guy that only 9% of Americans approve of, the worst president in our nation's history.

Typical You are the one who started the thread slinging mud at McCain and when someone slung mud back at at your messiah you say its wrong and people want to talk about issues.

Typical!
