more bad news on obamacare

The NYT (by way of drudge) reports that hospitals are dialing back their charity for hardship cases.

So po folks who cant afford it or cant handle the out of pocket wont be getting help from the providers.

I wonder if the rest of us niw get a break from the premium we pay that went to this ? Yes that was a joke. Everybody gets hurt with ocare.
