I'd like to ask the mods here to take note that Mr. Shaman appears to be spamming this board with several interrelated threads. I could be wrong but it seems like his bid is to make interesting threads go away to the netherworld of the back pages..

Any ideas on how to resolve the problemo?

What.....I'm expected to apologize, for the number of responses to my posts?

It's "different" when everyone (else) can only post old, worn-out, re-heated "conservative"-rhetoric, when trying to discuss politics?

Firstly, wrong area - this should be in suggestions. But more importantly, Shaman isn't spamming. I personally don't like his posting style myself, but its not spam. The best way to get rid of him if you don't like him is to either block him, or batter him so much in a debate that he hides from the forum in shame :)

He seems to have a pretty short attention span, and is unable to stay on any topic.

If you ignore him, he will go away.

Those of you who keep replying to him, are the ones keeping him coming back for more attention.

He has already shown some resiliency. I doubt he will go away if shamed or ignored. But he can make a nice backdrop on which to paint posts that look that much more intelligent in comparison.

    has yet to.

put a max on the number of threads in a day. works great and it is either a feature of this software or an available add on.

the real issue is his making this board look stupid to people browsing.

No doubt he is a spammer. He will often post multiple consecutive posts in one thread with meaningless comments.

It is best to just ignore him.

Actually he was gone for about a week and it was so nice here.

Shaman is one of the best posters here.

Unlike yourself, he doesn't need Faux News or some other similar white trash outlet to tell him how to think..

I've got an idea. Why don't you just FORGET where HoP is?....That's what your idol would have done..

Why so nasty my friendly spinach lover?

You don't like FOX NEWS? But, why? Do you dislike anyone who disagrees with you (like most libs)?

As long you post here on the HOP, I will too just to stay close to my favorite sailor.

Now go take care of Olive Oyl. She looks awfully unsatisfied. Could it be Popeye needs Viagra?
