NBA: who is good in the East?

Pistons, Cavaliers, Bulls, Heat, what do you think of their chances? I think Piston is playing well without Ben Wallace, although they are certainly not as good as last three years. Heat is playing very inconsistently. Cavalier and Bulls are two up and coming teams. The Bulls can win the East if they have a better interior presence. Cavalier can do a much better job if they have another superstar along side Lebron.
