Probably, unless NOAA is actually the only scientific organization saying that AGW is real and that global warming didn't end fifteen years ago. If it is, then there is something to discuss.

In Austria we gather weather data since 1760. We have the oldest meteorological service in the world (since 1851). They see a rise of nearly 2 degree Celsius in the Alps over the last 100 years. Thats locally gathered data and therefore no need for a NASA conspiracy theory.

As stated in the Austrian Assessment Report 2014 (Volume 1, Chapter 3, Auer I., Foelsche U.) , the regional temperature time serie of Austria shows a higher short term variability than the global time series. This is due to the different climate anomalies and climate trends that reduce each other when averaged. The negative anomaly during 1870-1900 and the strong postive anomaly during the last three decades lead to a stronger temperature increase for Austria than on the global scale.[/quote]


The topic is the manipulation of global temperatures...your own material acknowledges that the geographical location is somewhat unique insofar as climate goes. There are places which show warming...and places which show cooling...most places show no statistically significant warming (greater than the margin of error) in almost two decades. The "GLOBE" is not warming and hasn't been for some time...claims of the "hottest year evah" which break the record by a hundredth of a degree are nothing more than political pseudoscience...
