The crowd cheered Obama’s claims that the porkulus is working.

Really, what people are these? Not honest Americans.

A little girl asked him a random question? But she actually had ties to prominent Democrats.

A swastika sign was carried around by a Obama supporter, pretending to be
an average citizen. Nice!

A man held up a poster that claimed Obama is Hitler.
Later the same man was caught handing out Obama healthcare propaganda.

Nancy Pelosi and Dick Dirbin were smiling.

Did Obama paid for this charade with taxpayer money?

It's called CHANGE!

BS...

One question we’re getting: Why was the president’s town hall so staid compared with all the other town halls we’re seeing? Our theory is the Secret Service. One of us interviewed hundreds of folks who were in the town hall and outside, looking for ANY evidence of town-hall packing -- and we couldn't find any. Perhaps the White House should have attempted to distribute tickets through some GOP groups, like the state party, or Sen. Judd Gregg's office etc. In fact, it seems as if the White House was a tad disappointed they didn't get a moment for the president to confront a critic.

Staged it was!

The Portsmouth rally was the first of three such events planned for this week. If nothing else, it was well-choreographed, if not completely scripted. The questions posed to the president were all softballs; his answers were mostly platitudes. Mr. Obama said that he wanted to hear from people who disagree with him because "they need to be heard, too," but it was hard to discern opposing viewpoints through the chants of "Yes, we can."

The most insufferable moment of the "town-hall" meeting was when 13-year-old Julia Hall from Malden, Mass., read a question from a card about seeing "a lot of signs outside saying mean things about reform in health care." Julia was a plant!

Obama want's TV viewers to believe everyone thinks his rotten to the core
plan is OK.

Of course we know better!

Obviously there were some supporters of Obama there..did you expect it to be nothing but an orchestrated attack by wingnuts, such as we've seen in some other town halls?

Perhaps you endorse the actions of this man at the Claire McCaskill townhall...in which he stole a poster of Rosa Parks from another attendee and ripped it up..

I heard about this, have seen news articles saying so.

Got any evidence or references to support this?

Little-Acorn - You need an open mind, because the news media rarely places
the Democrats in an unfavorable light. http://theblogprof.blogspot.com/2009/08/busted-obama-as-hitler-poster-was.html is one link.

You have to search for facts and draw your own conclusions, because
the liberal media is very biased and trys to hide them.

The fact that the huffington post broke the news made me suspicious at first.
They are usually incorrect in every news story they break.

I heard Obama say with my own ears he didn't want people to think the meeting was staged.
But he knew very well it was a hand-picked audience, easy questions, etc.
People have seen how other townhall meetings have gone!

I think what we establish here is Obama is dishonest!

Most already knew it, but for those on the fence, take heed!

Interesting, coming from the poster that posted a story about President Bush in an electric chair and stated, "To bad she doesn't have one for Cheney too."

Sounds like a left-wing nutjob remark to me.
