By the way. . .The highlighted sentence is a MAJOR misstatement! NO Supreme Court has made a clear statement on "Natural Born Citizen". . .except born in US territory!

I think the BS is Obama's attorneys not showing up for the hearing. They obviously participated in the entire process up until the time they had produce evidence to back up their position. We all know they do not possess this evidence. That is why they chose not to show up. Once again, the socialist dictator showing total disregard for state law.

they have managed to make this go away by having the complainant shown as not having standing. thats not working here so they are trying to make it appear frivolous but the trouble is you have to convince the judge it is. not showing up is a poor way to try this.

"My dear" (sexist pun "jokingly" intended) natural born citizenship does not change the fact that Obama's attorneys, after failing to have this case dismissed like the others, chose simply not to show up. This is a blatant disregard for the law, whether you agree with it or not. I do not approve of red light cameras, but if I were to get a ticket, let's see what happens to me when I "boycott" my court date!

If the SecState decides he is not eligible to be on the Georgia ballot in Nov. 2012, and they start getting ballots with Obama's name written in, those ballots will be rejected as "spoiled", on grounds of being a vote for an unqualified candidate. If anybody writes in the name of a teenager, that will be rejected for the same reason.

It's a hoot watching the resident Obots screeching that a state SecState's decisions don't matter.

well lets see, an actual judge thinks its worth at least taking a look at. seems like thats simply being fair. the defense not bothering to show in addition to being the height of arrogance (or contempt ?) is just depriving it's client representation in the matter.I'm kind of curious to see if the local suit they hired to argue there suffers repercussions for this conduct.

hmmm good point. of course its not like Georgia is in play for BO so maybe its intended to get the rest of the states a little more fired up ? curious tactic but then again the plan for the dem primaries against HRC was pretty creative too so who knows ?
