The Obama Justice Dept. under Eric Holder, has in the past exhibited the racism common to leftists, ruling that black people are not capable of doing as well as non-blacks and therefore they need extra government help.

Now they are doing it to Hispanics, ruling that Hispanics are not as capable as non-Hispanics in Texas, of getting state IDs... even though those IDs are issued free. Therefore a law that treats Hispanics the same as non-Hispanics, is somehow "discriminatory".

How long will it be before the Obamanites rule that Hispanics in Texas discover that Hispanics should be automatically bumped one grade on all tests and quizzes, if it's found that Hispanics are getting lower grades in public schools? Or if it's found that Hispanics are getting higher grades, that they should be automatically lowered by one letter grade?

Where will the racism and preferential treatment by the left, end?

(Is it November yet?)

Justice Department files objection to Texas voter ID law

Published March 12, 2012
Associated Press

The Justice Department's civil rights division has objected to the new photo ID requirement for voters in Texas, saying many Hispanic voters lack state-issued identification.

The department says the state has failed to show that the newly enacted law has neither a discriminatory purpose nor effect.

In a letter to Texas officials, the Justice Department says Hispanic voters in Texas are as much as 120 percent more likely than non-Hispanic voters to lack a driver's license or personal state-issued photo ID.

Thats not ok right?

Anyone who stands against voters having to show ID to vote, stands against the Constitution and America.

They will talk about disenfranchisement and other BS, but that is all a ruse. They want people voting that should not be voting, and voting multiple times, to ensure their people get elected, so the handouts continue.

if the Republic of Texas actually allows this then I suggest the following backup plan...
If its good enough for Nobel Peace Prize laureate Tawakul Karmanwho can argue it ?
