heard him on the radio this morning whining that "Virginia blew it" by not waiving Virginia law on requirements to get a candidate's name on the ballot for today's primary. what he means, of course, is he was robbed of mic/face time to pontificate on the primary's implications.

its a mystery to me how the others (only Romney and Paul were on the ballot I was filling in this morning) failed in this most basic campaigning task. I will say I find it wrong that the commonwealth refuses write-ins in primaries. But that's the law.

I thought he was claiming that the Lt Governor, who works for Romney, did something to lock out Santorium and Gingrich.

Even he is smarter than that.

The law is clear. They sued to have the law ignored. Judge said 'if you didn't like the law you should have sued long ago, its over'. Higher court concurred on appeal.

Larry loves being the story and he can't. Its eating him alive.
