What is the purpose of knowledge?
If knowledge is the objective of reflection and interaction with the unieverse then it must have a purpose!!
Wheta is the prupose of knowledge?
It is to enable man to survive. But survival alone renders a homos sapien sapien a vegetable. If humans share with vegetables life signs and conditions their species is distinct from that of vegetables. The naivety of Darwinism, if Darwin himself is the missing link between species, tells us about a mechanicist finality that makes necessary a program and hence a programmer. But Dariwn being a chimpanzee on two legs , an distorted Biped in his own right, has shut eyes, as all stupid scientists to the reality of species. Why should there be species and so distinctly different and alive? Where did the first cell come from? Who controls the development and the overall show? The stupid Darwin remain silent and forever.
Where did the first atom come from? Why should there be atoms? Or strings? How come these atoms come together in the way they do form the universe and all species? What makes the earth spin around the earth and makes the sun give light and energy to our solar system? Does not wll this need an all powerful and knowing architect? Perhaps the ignorant Darwin can tell us about the evolution of the earth, galaxies and the universe, maybe coming from water. Or perhaps he has assisted God the creator in bringing about the univesre some twenty billions of years ago?
If survival is a necessary by product for knowledge then what is the purpose of knowledge, the ultimate purpose that is? It is to allow man figure out for himself his own convictions, in the absence of a proof for or against the existence of a creator-cause, an external or internal finality, and decide between his own beliefe and disbelief in such God!!
