Its a medical condition... Americanitis which is a chronic and incurable condition affecting the temporal lobe displayed by the degeneration of neurons and synapses its where certain Americans can no longer understand or process information. Most common syptoms include a lack of cognative reasoning, speaking or writing incoherently and the endless typing and repetition of preposterous facile uncorroborated drivel and a total loss of any understanding. Suffers tend to be trump supporters...:)

What is is that you are proposing?

1) It is already illegal for a 17 year old to own a shotgun in Texas.
2) It is illegal to modify the shotgun in the manner that it was modified.
3) It is illegal for a 17 year old to carry a concealed pistol in Texas.
4) It is illegal to bring weapons onto school grounds.
5) It is illegal to kill people of course.

It is almost like those who plan to break the law have no regard for the law....Tell me what law we missed here that would have magically prevented this? Can we do more in terms of mental health - of course - but we don't yet know if this person exhibited those clear signs etc - we will know more in the coming days.

You must have some notion of meaning, but what it is I can't imagine. It is working our fine over here, but your publicists like to present to steep fall of violence in New York as a rise in London. People mostly use knives there, so your huge world leadership in murders is quite safe!
