Should police search your cell phone without a warrant?

In California theres gonna be a law that cops must get a warrant to search your cell phone when you get arrested.

No definetly not!!!! (They have bene doing things like this for years now however)

I think they should get a warrant. This is an freedom of privacy. I think if an officer takes cell phone without a warrant. The judge can throw out this case by saying he unlawfuly used an illegal search. So there for this case is dismissed.

No, they should get a warrant. Unless they see a dead body in that phone, then there is probable cause.
