I am convinced more of the futility of the American public in our present circumstance to be realistically powerful and united enough to overthrow our government and such a policy would put this belief into concrete. It also would only take weapons out of the hands of the good and decent. There are some things in this world and in this country more important than some kid who tragically took his face off with his dad's stolen 45. Firearms are one aspect of the security of personal and public freedom.
