There are numerous Republicans in the House who have been asking for spending cuts and caps for years.

Pence was loudly calling for them in 2005. The Republican Study Committee has been very vocal in this regard as well. There are a ton of members involved in that.
 
Yeah.....we should probably be forwarned, when they decide to cash-out the U.S. federal-bonds in-which they're invested (that're keepin' our economic-heads above water).

Cashing in on their US bonds only further drives them into a hole if they are attempting to revive an export market.

It does them no good to cash in on any US bonds, because that only makes the problem worse. It will kill their biggest market, and we will press issues (such as currency devaluation) with the WTO that we have historically overlooked.

Yes, I am sure China is in quite the rush to further hurt the American economy and lose even more of its biggest importer. That is quite the way to rebuild your export economy. Excellent call.
