    Any Stargate nuts out there?

Just watched the Arc of Truth, its been sitting on the Sky Planner for some time now, jeeez it was boring! I wish I'd not bothered with it, very disappointing.

The next ones' due on 29th July - lets hope thats worth waiting for!!

Haha, Stargate to me is just that show I see on the channel listings and never watch - filler material if you like.

If it's quality sci-fi you like, wait for reruns of Firefly.

Or go read a book by Octavia Butler, Jose Saramago, Isaac Asimov, or Robert Heinlein.

Yeah, I'm quite a fan of both SG-1 and Atlantis, although I don't watch them very much anymore. I ought to watch the new films sometime. Interesting stuff, and not your average poorly concocted trash.
