A proposed new Thai law requires motorists to stop their car when the Thai national anthem is played. And they play it twice a day, every day!
That's taking patriotism a bit too far!

i think that's not only happening in Thai. turkey is taking patriotism too far too. for example, doing the military service is compulsory upon every male citizen. and there are other anthems besides the national one, that the government forces the school kids to chant every single they as well.
