As for the ad in question, this broke in the Alaska media a few days ago. I know it ran in Alaska for a short period of time, but I never even did manage to catch it. The PAC who is responsible for this would be wise to move away from such cheesy garbage. In Alaska it doesnt help her re-election bid that I am sure she is already thinking about.

Alaskans are a fiercely independant group, and more often than not these sort of outside groups are frowned upon up here and the whole thing backfires.

After watching the video again, why the heck do they have the one guy on there claiming that people were trying to ruin her, when it was Sarah herself that spent 2 months straight doing nothing but ATTACKING the otherside with some pretty low comments. I also like the mom/grandma and son clip. Claiming Sarah inspires them...to do what? isnt that the same criticism that Obama supporters got?

Also what is with the moronic fascination with Sarah and moose and specifically moose chili? We dont have white tails or mule deer here, we have moose. It is the equivalent for those purposes. Do I think it is undeserved? yes. There is a big difference in talking about his relationships with people like william ayers and her being attacked because her daughter is pregnant or because she pretended to have a baby that was not her baby or if her little girl got enough public education in a 2 month period of time. But its people like me who is saying it, she isnt the one saying it. if you have to belittle people then belittle people like me who believe it and are saying it not her when she is not the one who is complaining about it.

I do laugh at obama who couldnt shut the hell up about how people will say he has a funny name and he cried and belly ached that people say he doesnt look like people on the dollar bill blah blah exc. but im laughing at him because HE is the one getting his panties in a bunch. She didnt complain about when SNL did a skit about her husband sexually molesting her kids, people like me complained. there is a difference.

Yeah shallow. Especially coming at thanksgiving. Considering the views and issues Sarah has taken up considering native issues, and her general disregard that her own children are 1/4 yupik.

Maybe you have missed a bunch of posts or misunderstood, but that is alright, I cant expect you to know my overall political views just by reading snapshots on a website that I often dont get into the local Alaskan policy particulars because most lower 48ers dont care or understand.
But I am a gun toting,pro-ANWR, Alaska Gas Line supporting, frugal fiscal policy supporting independant, who is currently leaning democrat. There will probably be a time in the future where I will lean GOP, as I have in the past. My support of the Democrats this time around comes from my utter displeasure from the GOP this time around.

I would never use the words wicked or wench or anything like that. I still have a amount of respect for her, as the Governor of my state and as a person. I have praised her plenty for things I think she did right.

For the record, you have read posts of mine where I have said I think families should largely be left out of the scenario. But with Sarah and Bristol, the first thing is that you need to understand, the rumor that Sarah was covering the original pregnancy for Bristol, came from the far right fringe GOP up here.
Obviously it was not true, as evidence by Bristol being pregnant currently. I wish her and Levi the best, the best thing for the both of them was Sarah to lose, but that is beside the point.

But its people like me who is saying it, she isnt the one saying it. if you have to belittle people then belittle people like me who believe it and are saying it not her when she is not the one who is complaining about it.

She was the one saying it! She put on the Sarahcudda costume the entire campaign, she went on the attack, she didnt provide any substantive statements on her own.

I hope you will remember that I was critical of the SNL skit about Todd and any incestious relations as being way out of line. But that wasnt from the respective campaigns which is what I am concerned about for the most part.
She has complained, not specifically about SNL, but about her and the treatment of her family in the national media.

She raised taxes on oil companies, only to give out a billion of it to Alaskans in cash. Taking it away from virtually every 401k owner and into the pockets of Alaskan children who blew it on guns, booze and flat screen tvs.

I have no such wish for Sarah and this is a gross exaggeration on your part. I would never wish for physical harm to be done on Sarah or her family. There is a real solid bold line to be crossed there and that is not one I would even want to approach.
