Whew!! THIS is gonna be a shock to "conservatives'" systems!!

Obama is hiring COMPETENT-people!!!

"A Chinese-American, Chu is a professor of physics and molecular and cell biology at the University of California-Berkeley and has been the director of the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory since 2004, where he has pushed aggressively for research into alternative energy as a way to combat global warming."

It's lookin' like Obama's EPA won't be another BUSHCO-style FEMA!!!

"It's going to be a dramatic change from what we've seen in the last eight years from the Bush administration, where even some of the agencies that were supposed to be working to protect the environment were doing all they could to undermine it," Waxman said in an interview."

....And, you still refuse to admit Big-Oil CEO's wrote the Bush Admin's Energy Policy.

Go figure.

Good. The liberal idiots you support caused all the energy problems we've had. We need some people IN THE INDUSTRY, who actual KNOW SOMETHING ABOUT ENERGY MARKETS... giving our leaders advice on energy policy. The more we put knowledgeable people in positions to help on policy matters the better off we are.

The more we put idiot activists, dumb liberals, and fools who know nothing about energy markets in charge, the worse off we'll all be. Far from being a good thing, Obama is being as foolish as I knew he would. Surrounding himself with idiots is not a plus for the U.S.

"President-elect Barack Obama has selected two of the nation's most prominent scientific advocates for a vigorous response to climate change to serve in his administration's top ranks, according to sources, sending the strongest signal yet that he will reverse Bush administration policies on energy and global warming.

The appointments of Harvard University physicist John Holdren as presidential science adviser and Oregon State University marine biologist Jane Lubchenco as head of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, which will be announced tomorrow, dismayed conservatives but heartened environmentalists and researchers."
Sorry, "conservatives". I'm sure Phil Cooney needs a break....after all-of-his ground-breaking scientific-research.
