I did not realise that regular abuse and lies is allowed to be heaped on marxists, socialists and communists but any use of the N-word is not allowed.

This is a nonsense. The word has a long history and is not illegal, unlike the warcrime of unprovoked invasion of Iraq. WHy not comment out every time the name of George Bush is used.

Also, in the context of my post, it was used to work out why alleged post from Al-qaeda should hint at it's use.

Maybe you should ban all reference to Hip-hop where it's used is ubiquitous.

No-one ever considers why I should not be offended by the repeated lies, slanders and libels about Russia, China or Cuba and their leaders who took these countries out of war, humiliation and degradation.

    Sad. Truly Sad.

    Comrade Stalin

Be offended all you want Stalin. No one is stopping you. It's called freedom. Let's talk about freedom in China, Russia and Cuba. What price did and do the common people pay for those leaders who took the "country" out of war, humilitation and degredation?
The price they pay is their voice.

Yes they are. I posted a thread on "House Negro" that had the french word for the absence of colour replaced with *******.

When I lampooned the censorship by replacing the vowels with numbers, but keeping the visual impact the visual impact of the word, it was moved.

    That is not freedom.

Why would I be offended by this ?

If you want something truly offensive, try reading and understanding the implications of this:

    http://academic.evergreen.edu/g/grossmaz/interventions.html

I am quite prepared to debate the accuarcy of any and every point in the list.

"Freedom is such a precious commodity, it must be carefully rationed to the population." - Stalin

You take the name of a brutal, murderous dictator and preach about freedom... Report yourself to the local gulag, and bring a shovel.

There is no freedome on this site.

BigRob has just closed a thread because he can't respond with consistent logic.

    A true neocon.

I closed a thread because you continually refused to comment on the issue of the thread.

You can't answer a simple question because it destroys your argument and you are not big enough to accept it.

So you take your ball in.

Your question had nothing to do with the thread. I already answered it in another thread. You didn't like the answer, tough luck. You rant about religion in a thread about how to respond to crisis in Pakistan.... stay on the topic that a thread is about, or stop posting in them.

Yes it does it is about your censorship.

For those watching BigRob is pro the death penalty so I asked if he is prepared to be executed for a crime he didn't commit

He won't answer because a 'yes' is ridiculous and 'no' is hypocritical.

So he closed the thread down.

    Fact.

I closed down a thread (that I started) on how to respond to a hypothetical case of Pakistan losing a nuclear weapon because the replies that came in had nothing to do with that scenario.

Your particular reply to that thread was about the death penalty. You failed to stay on topic, because the death penalty is totally irrelevant to Pakistan losing a nuclear weapon.

As for "the people watching", I already answered your question, the the thread that was about that issue. I put full confidence in the justice system in the United States. You not liking that response and hijacking every other thread on the board hardly makes any of it relevant to a Pakistani nuclear situation.

If I did that, why is the actual thread about that topic still up and running? I closed the thread because you ruined the topic by flooding it with off topic posts. Stay on topic in threads.

Your point was made in the appropriate thread, why do you feel compelled to then flood every other thread, regardless of issue, with the same comment?

If you feel compelled to explain how your personal beliefs on the death penalty are relevant to scenario of Pakistan losing a nuclear weapon, please do tell.
