Trump is certainly trying to undermine the press (enemy of the people) and the FBI.

The press is doing a fine job of ruining its credibility all on its own. Certain of the FBI are handling their corruption. J eager beaver would be quite disappointed.

The country is bitterly divided. You are expressing the opinion of half the country. The other half has a different opinion. The twain shall not meet.

Facts are not opinion. Some are ok with the press and the FBI colluding with campaigns.
Thats sort of an opinion but doesnt change the facts.

Make the facts disappear or admit you dont care about these acts some of which are specifically illegal as well as wrong.

Exactly. We made each other's point. We are polarized. As what's-her-face said, the Trumpers believe in alternate facts.

They were caught coirdinating news stories with the campaign
They were caught wiretappong Trump Tower
To me these acts are unacceptable. Regardless of who us doing them. For you they are a means to an end.

The three "alternate facts" you quoted were lies. I am willing to believe Democrats have not been honest, but you will have to come up with something that does not come from ultra-right fringe organizations which make up "facts". If you want to believe your alternate facts, fine, but you won't convince anyone, except those in your far right wing by citing fake stories from fake news sites.

That originally came from a quickly put together hoax site, Baltimore Gazette. At that site the social media buttons didn't link to anything, several news sections had no content, and the physical address provided in the “contact us” section was a non-existent. The site also already had a track record of publishing demonstrably fake news stories. That story had no other backing and was false.

That came from the Alex Jones conspiracy web site Infowars posted on Twitter. It is standard journalistic practice for reporters to ask the subjects about news stories for comment before publishing. That was all it was.

A Breitbart article alleged that "the Obama administration is now monitoring an opposing presidential campaign using the high-tech surveillance powers of the federal intelligence services".

It was not Obama. The FBI has said it did wiretap Trump Tower, though its target was not Trump. From 2011 to 2013, two years before Trump announced his presidential campaign, the bureau spied on a Russian crime organization operating on the tower’s 63rd floor. There also may have been investigations of Manafort. Breitbart told a lie.
