Really The first time I saw this one, I thought it must be the Onion, or the Borowitz report. Nope, it's the WSJ, seriously:

Obviously Trump doesnt know the difference between real estate and diplomacy...

At the right price it would be brilliant.
Its highly strategic especially in light of whatever Putin is up to ip in the artic.
Its RICH in natural resources. That makes it on a par with both the purchase of Alaska and the Louisianna Purchase.
A Denmark is developing some money problems of late.
Great idea really. Will it happen ? Only if Denmark is really in a bind (Brexit may be the straw to break that camel's back) so who knows
But floating the idea now puts the seed of an answer in the minds of the average Dane.
Mineral rights alone would pay for it.
Overall, brilliant.
