So sad! And now, they are digging into their victim's past to try to get as much dirt as possible . . .probably to "rationalise" their first memo that described him as aggressive and belligerent!

Sick! My husband was a 1 million miles + flyer with them when he was working out of Denver, Colorado. NEVER again will we set foot on a United fly!
